You receive multiple angles/views from each room.  Small bathrooms, closets, and laundry rooms may only have one image of them.

Average time is 1 hour, but this varies on the size of the house, how clean the house is, how many special details need to be captured, and more.

I like to keep the images as true to life as possible. BUT I will edit out loose wires and cables, and a few small imperfections. Extensive Photoshop editing will be an extra charge.

To book, send me an email with date you are wanting. Once the date and time is in place, I will send over the contract, invoice, and questionaire. The contract and invoice must be signed and paid to save the date. I can also do a Net 30 Invoice for commercial real-estate.
